Friends In Deed

The Caregiver Connection

In one’s lifetime, amid the joys and successes, it’s likely that there will be sickness, disability, emotional trauma – circumstances that challenge us – personally, or in the life of someone we love.  Friends In Deed is a crisis intervention center that can, among other things, give help to family caregivers so that they can be a positive influence in the life of someone in need because of illness – emotional and/or physical.  They advocate that you must help yourself so that you can continue to help someone else

Friends In Deed is a crisis center providing emotional and spiritual support for anyone with a diagnosis of HIV/AIDS, cancer or other life-threatening physical illnesses… any caregivers, family and friends of those who are ill… and anyone dealing with grief and bereavement. All of services are free of charge.

  • Diagnosed with a life-threatening physical illness?
  • Overwhelmed with caregiving?
  • Heartbroken over the death of someone you loved?

It’s not unusual for you to feel…
Frightened • Powerless • Overwhelmed • Alone
How do you ease the fear and reconnect to possibility?
